taking my dog for a walk is actually one of my dreams. the kind of dream people’ll only have when there can be strictly no pet in their homes.

The Orphanage Dog
There is an orphanage near the office. In front of the building, there is usually this dog, tied to the fence who barks moderately in the morning and keeps quiet throughout the noon. Judging by her demeanour, the dog might had quite advanced years of age and might be a female. She’s barely noticeable by the passersby because she doesn’t move a lot. I think she barks a lot in the morning because she has plenty of energy to share, while in the afternoon, running out of energy, she just can’t help but stay quiet. It occurred to me that maybe she barks to get a share of attention from people in the street, because if she doesn’t bark, nobody would have notice her. She would be as dead as a utility pole.
